Claim Your Gift for the Earthquake Relief

Imagine an area with Cincinnati in the epicenter. Imagine cities 2+ hour in each direction. Indianapolis in west, Louisville, Lexington in south, Dayton and Columbus in north. Imagine the epicenter is leveled with an earthquake and there is extensive damage in other cities. Imagine the earthquake have been felt from Chicago to Atlanta.  That’s pretty much the impact area of the February 6 earthquake in Turkey.

This is an unprecedented event. 10 big cities in south east Turkey, hit with two 7.8 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes, 9 hours apart. Even the aftershocks were over 6 magnitude. Over 13 million people are impacted. Thousands of buildings have collapsed. The hospitals, roads, airports, government buildings are in ruins. No one can imagine the level of casualties yet. The earthquake struck at 4:17 am. It's been snowing for last couple days in the area and freezing cold. Add to this 4 million Syrian refugees who live primarily in south east Turkey. They lost their homes a second time.

No one country can deal with this alone. Our hearts are aching with the suffering but now is the time to unite and help! Help came in terms of search and rescue efforts, product donations or money. However, this will be the largest relocation in the history of the country and continuous support is needed in every way. 

What can you do?

1) You can pray for those impacted by the earthquake, those who lost their lives, those who lost their loved ones and their homes.
