Meditation 101 on Sunday October 24th from 3:30 pm-5:30 pm at Grace Tree Yoga Studio Presenter: Moi!

It’s been a while since I’ve had a Meditation workshop. I’m grateful for the opportunity to teach this class at the beautiful Grace Tree Yoga studio. Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years around the world. Ithelps to reduce stress, reduce anxiety, improve relaxation, increase concentration, increase awareness and inner harmony.

Meditation 101 workshop is for anyone with any level of meditation experience and perfect if especially you want to learn the basics of how to meditate. We will focus on how to sit comfortably, how to calm the breath, how to calm the mind and how to expand the benefits of meditation to whole life and even to universe. You’ll learn a choice of different practical meditation techniques including conscious breathing, visualization, mantra meditation, mindful action and contemplation and yes….we’ll meditate together J

I continue to teach a gentle yoga class Thursday evenings between 7pm-8:30 pm in Grace Tree Yoga Studio in West Chester. First class is free. http://www.gracetreestudio.com

Healing Wednesdays will continue on Wednesday October 20th from 10 am until 2 pm

“Healing Wednesdays” is to reach out to communities that can’t afford Reiki. It’s very fulfilling to provide Reiki to those who need it the most and can’t afford it. People start to line up at the free food bank at 10 am and we offer Reiki to all those who wait in line. Come stop by any time and stay for as long as you want. We take shifts. Contact Elfriede directly to register at elfriede@knopf-family.net. I’ll miss it this month. I’ll be up in the clouds (i.e. having lunch with Dalai Lama that day).
